Plandy shows events from every account set up in your iPhone's Calendar, as-is. So once you add a Google or Outlook calendar to your iPhone, it appears in Plandy automatically — there's no separate sign-in inside Plandy.

Add the account on your iPhone

Go to the iPhone Settings app > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account, choose Google, Outlook, or another provider, and sign in. Make sure "Calendars" is turned on for the account so events sync.

Check it in Plandy

Once the account is added, its calendar shows up on Plandy's calendar screen. If you just added it and don't see it, reopen the app and wait a moment.

Choose which calendars to show

Seeing every calendar at once can get busy. On the calendar screen, keep only the calendars you want turned on to keep your day, week, and month views tidy. See the "Choosing which calendars and lists to show" guide for details.

Adding or removing external calendars is managed on the iPhone (iOS) itself. Plandy only reads and displays the calendars connected to your iPhone — it doesn't create or delete accounts.
